The storyteller behind the work.
Hiii, I’m Ariel. But most folks call me Air.
At my core, I’m a storyteller. That shapes how I listen, how I make sense of complex ideas, and how I approach every strategy, program, and learning experience I help create. I want the work to stay connected to the people it is meant to serve.
For more than a decade, I’ve brought that perspective to work across the White House, universities, nonprofits, community-based projects, small businesses, and creative ventures. My work has included developing programs, shaping strategy and messaging, building useful systems and tools, and creating experiences that help people learn and connect.
That same instinct led me to create Beauty in the Grit, an award-winning narrative podcast sharing true stories from my life in long-term recovery from substance use disorder and the people, places, and moments that have shaped me along the way..
Dear Jude is named after my son, Jude. Becoming his mom brought a new kind of clarity. I started thinking more intentionally about the life I wanted to build, the work I wanted to spend my time doing, and the example I wanted him to grow up seeing.
Dear Jude grew from that clarity. Today, it is where I bring these parts of myself and my work together. I partner with purpose-driven leaders, creatives, and teams to give their ideas a clearer story, a useful structure, and a path toward becoming something real.

This can include messaging, positioning, websites, campaigns, presentations, content, and strategic planning.

Turning an idea into something people can participate in, learn from, or be supported by. I develop programs, services, curricula, and initiatives around what people need and how they will experience the work.

Building the practical structure that helps good work hold together. This might include workflows, onboarding, project plans, manuals, templates, internal tools, or a clearer way to organize and manage what your team is carrying.

Designing and leading spaces where people can learn, make meaning, work through complexity, and move toward action. I’m available for workshops, trainings, technical assistance, keynotes, panels, moderation, and facilitated conversations.
