The cheerleader behind the work.

Hiii, I’m Ariel. But most folks call me Air.

I’m a strategist, storyteller, and creative partner based in Kalamazoo, Michigan who loves helping people make sense of what they're building.

For more than 15 years, I've worked alongside community leaders, nonprofits, universities, government agencies, entrepreneurs, and national organizations to shape strategy, build partnerships, develop programs, and move ideas into action.

I've led outreach and stakeholder engagement for the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, supported leaders launching new initiatives and organizations, designed programs and trainings, created communications and marketing materials, and helped bring structure to complex projects.

Today, I partner with individuals and teams looking for a strategic thought partner, fresh perspective, and hands-on support to help move their mission forward.
