As new opportunities emerged, they wanted to grow thoughtfully while staying grounded in the purpose that inspired the work in the first place.

Dear Jude supported the leadership team as they navigated key partnerships, funding opportunities, community relationships, and difficult decisions about growth.
The Outcome
The project secured contracts, grants, and seed funding, expanded community partnerships, and continued growing its impact in the community. As opportunities increased, the project leaders gained greater confidence in how to evaluate them, focus their efforts, and stay grounded in the mission that brought them together.
Realtor Lead Generation & Client Conversion
The Challenge
A growing real estate business needed a professional online presence to support referral traffic and new client inquiries. Potential clients were finding Carlton through Realtor.com and personal referrals, but he needed a clear and credible place to learn more about his services and take the next step.
The Work
I developed a landing page focused on clear messaging, simple navigation, and a professional user experience. The goal was to create a digital home that reflected Carlton's approach, built trust with prospective clients, and made it easy for buyers and sellers to get in touch.
The Outcome
The website now serves as a central hub for referrals, lead follow-up, and new client inquiries. Prospective clients have a clear path to learn more about Carlton's services, connect with him directly, and take the next step in their home buying or selling journey.
